All Conference fees are prices per person and in Norwegian kroner - NOK- and include 25% VAT.

Speakers attend the conference free of charge

The registration fees include the programme, coffee-breaks, lunches, reception at Archbishop's Residence and Opening at Dokkhuset

Students must confirm their status as full time students by presenting their student ID-card when arriving at the conference.

Please note that the Conference dinner is not included in the Registration fee.

Cancellation Terms

Registrations are binding. Cancellations must be received in writing by the Registration Secretariat - ccceurope-2007@ab.ntnu.no The cancellation fee will be NOK 500 (incl. 25% VAT) administration charge for cancellations received prior to 30th April. For cancellations received after May 15th the fees must be paid in full. Substitutes from the same company will be accepted without extra charge.

The hotel booking must be guaranteed by credit card. In case of now-show, the price for one night will be charged to your credit card.

Liability

The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
